Hi, I’m Alison Rubin de Celis, and I’m the new alderman for Ward 2 here in Jacksonville, Illinois, serving a two-year term starting in May of 2021. As a long-time resident of Ward 2, I’m committed to serving the residents of our ward and helping our historic area get the attention and resources it deserves!

Please help me do that, either send me a message or post in the forum. If you see something, say something—and let’s all work together to make Ward 2 a safe, beautiful, inviting place for all residents.
